Since 1999, Barry and Kim Connell have owned Salon Obsessions: The Weave Institute, located in Silver Spring, MD. As a custom tailor for over 20 years, Kim is gifted at translating traditional tailoring techniques into the art of hair weaving and wig making. With just as much dedication, Barry has devoted years to perfecting the skill of custom hair cutting. Together they infuse high quality craftsmanship, which produces a realistic masterpiece. They specialize in handmade custom wigs, reusable weaves, lace wig, three types of net weaves, and so much more.

Conserving your hair to retain its health is the motivating factor of the Re-Usable Weave. This technique is an efficient, worry-free weaving application that gives you a year's worth of lasting power. This innovation came about when I was thinking of ways to produce a quality service while also becoming affordable for my clients in these rough economic times.
 
 I have performed many of these Re-Usable Weaves on my clients and they respond with the same enthusiasm and appreciation every time. Do you want to feel valued and fabulous without breaking the bank?  Still not sure how much you will save?

An average full-weave costs $350+$300 for the best quality hair for every visit ($650 every 6-8 weeks).
